November 17, 1947 – November 6, 2023
Barbara Lynn Weaver, age 75 of Naples, FL, passed away peacefully with her children by her side on Monday, November 6, 2023 at NCH Baker Hospital in Naples. Born November 17, 1947 in Oak Ridge, TN to Edsel and Mabel (Bilbrey) Weaver. Barbara was a 1965 graduate of Norris High School. Furthering her education, she attended Tennessee Wesleyan College and the University of Tennessee (Knoxville), graduating Magna Cum Laude from Furman University with a degree in Accounting. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her beloved pups, Gizmo and BJ. She is survived by: daughter, Keli (Keller) Randolph and her husband, Edmond Randolph, of Powell, TN; son, Craig Keller and his wife, Samantha (Sowell) Keller, of Caldwell, ID; and brother, Eddy Weaver and his wife, Dianna (Hurd) Weaver, of Heiskell, TN. Honoring her wishes, no public service will be planned. Mom was an accomplished writer and once published a poem titled “Repeating Patterns.” A portion of it reads, “Setting sun, full moon sent the seas in orbit, to deliver us as driftwood on the sand. Waves pounding, then coming to rest with gentle ebbs and flows, highs and lows. Repeating patterns, such is life.” Mom lived life to the fullest. She loved passionately and argued just as passionately. The outdoors and golf were her “sanity.” Above all, she was a woman of faith. Know that all your prayers and well-wishes eased her into the next phase of life. And so, to all those who are dear to Mom, we ask that you raise a glass, say a toast, and play a round of golf in her memory. We love you, Mom. Love, Your Kiddiboos.
