Arturo Barcenas Toral passed away surrounded by loved ones on September 4, 2026 in Guanajuato, MEX. Arturo was born on February 14th, 1962 in Guanajuato to Tomas Barcenas and Felicitas Toral. He loved listening to music, singing, and telling stories about growing up in Mexico and navigating life in America. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed working in agriculture and construction.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Martha Barcenas, his two children, Jessica(Salvador) and Arturo Jr, his grandchildren Gianna and Leyland. His parents, 6 brothers, 3 sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
A private viewing for his family and friends will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026 at Brister's Funeral Home and Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 10 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens.
