I worked for Keibler Thompson from 1979 to 1994 As a fitter welder and operating engineers. Mr. Thompson was a great guy to work for! After I got out of welding school, I called the shop and Mr. Thompson answered the phone and I said I knew Pete Gaurich and heard the shop was looking for welders. Jim put me on hold and said to Pete, who just happened to be in the office, where were you drinking in a bar and told someone that you could get them a job here .
