One of the things I looked forward to when I planned a visit to my Dad in Naples was seeing Ted. He was such a witty, intelligent conversationalist who made hanging out at the guys’ post tennis beer table such a hoot. My dad and I were so deeply saddened to think of the Tennis Center without him because we know how many there will miss him. I know Dad has missed being able to travel these last few years to Naples and seeing Ted was at the very top of his list of most missed about Naples. I was so sorry to hear this very sad and unexpected news. Please know our thoughts are with Ted’s family and loved ones at this time. May his memory be a blessing to you all.

Our Ted was one-of-a-kind and we will miss his wit and wisdom. His death was unexpected and we mourn his absence from our lives, our neighborhood, the hot tub, the tennis courts, the parking lot gatherings, and the fishing stories. His iconic blue van is not the same without him. Rest in peace, dear friend.
